We are a true team! Over 50% of the staff have been employed 10 or more years at Good News. Because we have worked together so many years, we know and appreciate one another's strengths. We support and encourage one another during the challenging moments. We celebrate successes and share knowledge with one another. We realize the importance of mentoring and role modeling to newcomers in the field of early childhood.
